Challenge

Projeto Mão Amiga needed a digital platform to scale social impact beyond direct outreach. The organization coordinates a complex ecosystem involving vulnerable families, 110+ partner preschools, individual sponsors, and corporate donors. Without centralized web presence, they struggled to communicate their mission, manage multiple donation channels (tax-deductible contributions, recurring sponsorships, spontaneous donations), showcase partner schools, and maintain transparency while educating potential donors about Brazilian tax incentive programs.

Implemented Solution

Developed comprehensive institutional website serving as the organization's digital hub:

• Information Architecture: Mission details, partner school directory, multiple donation pathways, volunteer registration, event management, and news publishing
• Sponsorship System: Recurring contributions supporting individual children with registration forms and automated payment processing
• Tax Incentive Education: Step-by-step guides for tax-deductible donations through Municipal Fund for Children and Adolescents (individuals and corporations)
• Event Management: Fundraiser showcases like "Noite das Sopas" raising equivalent to 129 monthly scholarships
• Transparency Section: "Mãos Transparentes" providing stakeholders visibility into financial operations and social impact metrics
